Running late for work and just have 5 seconds to save? Not an issue. Below are a few excellent recipes I use after I run late.. and here taste fantastic!
You will want:
1 shaker cup
Shake these ingredients in your shaker cup and you are done! Quickest meal simplest & you will ever make
Iced Mocha (My personal favourite quick milkshake)
Ice to taste
Take your shaker cup, combine the ingredients together and tada! You've got an iced mocha milkshake that took 1 minute to you .
The best part relating to this milkshake is it tastes wonderful, you do not want a blender, and it gives an additional boost to you! Particularly when you are in your way to work.
I was also asked by someone if these shakes are still not bad if you do not drink them right away to drink. The response is yes! The Shakes're an excellent meal to keep in the refrigerator until you are prepared for this. Now onto routine recipes...
Chocolate Covered Strawberries
1 cup water
1/2 almond milk
Ice to taste
Mix in your blender!
Chocolate Twilight
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Ice to taste
Chocolate Mint
1 teaspoon of mint infusion
Ice to taste
Almond Mocha Chiller
1 teaspoon almond extract
Ice to taste
Banana Split
1/2 banana
2 big strawberries
1 cup of water
Ice to taste
Pumpkin Pie
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Peanut Butter Cup
1 tbs of all natural peanut butter (or standard peanut butter or PB2)
1 cup of milk
Ice to taste
Mix in your blender
It tastes like a peanut butter cup - it is the greatest milkshake ever!
The Iced Mocha is additionally my go-to shake. See above.
Peanut Butter Banana
1/2 banana
1 cup of milk
Ice to say

Chocolate Shakeology Treats
Does not mean you can not handle yourself, simply because you are living a healthier lifestyle! Underneath you will find two recipes that are amazing for days where you're feeling like having some ice cream or a brownie. Side note: these are considerably more healthy for you!:)
Chocolate Shakeo Ice Cream
Icecream1.5 cups of Fat Free or Almond Milk Milk
1/2 Banana
1 Tablespoon. Peanut butter
1 cup of Ice Cubes (or more with respect to the consistency)
I add alot!
Place . Mix well. It's possible for you to place this in the freezer to allow it to get hard, but it is possible to eat the milkshake consistency immediately when you enjoy it.
Chocolate No-Bake Cookie
8 Tbs PB2 - until it is a creamy consistency biscuit add water
3 Tbs Peanut butter that is Natural - PB more if you enjoy them more creamy
1/2 Cup Shakeology
3 Tablespoons All-Natural Blue Agave or Raw Honey (natural sweetner)
1/4 - 1/2 Cup Immediate Oatmeal
Combine in a big bowl and spoon outside little (egg-size) parts. Place in freezer. they thaw fast! Just 80 calories and 7 grams of protein!
Frappuccino
If java freezes in a ice cube tray it is possible to place 6 or 5 java ice cubes (mixed or shaken) and it tastes like a frappucino! frapp cubes
